Emily DiDonato is one of my favorite models and when i first found her as a face of Maybeline New-York in Vogue 2010, i said WOW. She is 22 years old, and I never saw her beautiness before. Emily - simply amazing, she is sweet, sexy, charming, intelligent and very, very beautiful. She has a natural, understated beauty and incredible freshness, harmony of the image, a mixture of Irish, American and Italian in origin which makes her just amazing attractive and stands out against other models. Thick brown hair falling in waves of charming young shoulders! The large, sensual lips, bright blue eyes, on the photos Emily DiDonato is like a beautiful princess from books. According to German Vogue and Models.com Emily is the Future of Fashion.

Beauty-trend: colored mascara

Colored mascara is the most fashionable mascara in this season.

 Game with the color of  eyelashes have started Revlon and Max Factor in the 60-ies of the last century. They released the first mascara in different shades. Pat McGrath already showed in last year's Dior Haute couture collection a vivid image of her models eyes. 

  Progress assessed a famous visagiste Charlotte Tilbury: for the spring-summer show Donna Karan she dyed eyelids and eyelashes of models in hot pink.

A former art director of Chanel make-up came up with a collection of makeup called L'été Papillon («Butterfly Wings"), which included turquoise, azure and sapphire mascara. The best has become a yellow mascara Zest (means " enthusiasm, euphoria"). 

Tips

 Lessons on the use of colored mascara gives Ernest Muntaniol, a leading makeup artist of Chanel:

1. A darker mascara shade can be applied over the entire length of eyelashes. Due to the depth of color, it gives the same effect as the familiar black. 

2. Bright and vivid hues are good as an accent. At the beginning  put a layer of black mascara on the upper lashes, then cover them with the tips of yellow or turquoise.

 3. Lower lashes can be painted with any color completely. Looks nice dark blue mascara on the tips of the upper eyelashes, and the lower - yellow.

One of the indisputable advantages of summer colored mascara - it is water-resistant effect, so that it can be used for going to the beach or the pool.
